Cutting options include children's cuts, clipper cuts, custom cuts and a longer curl-focused cut for textured hair. Classic perms suit short to medium hair, while specialty perms are sized for longer, fuller hair and can include spiral wraps and smaller rods. Silk press smoothing is offered for naturally curly and textured hair without chemical straighteners.

Clients who cancel face a 25% fee, and the salon asks them to give notice as soon as possible so the appointment can be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but clients must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards and packages can be bought through the online shop, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service they already have credit for.
