The salon aims to match each client with a stylist whose skills suit their hair and personal style. New clients complete an online consultation before booking, and the salon then contacts them to schedule. A stylist matchmaking quiz is also available; it looks at goals, preferences and personality and suggests the top three stylists for a guest's hair goals and style. Not every stylist takes online booking, so returning guests can call or email to book with others.

Services are grouped into Virtual Consultation, Highlights & Color, Cuts & Style, Blowouts, Hair Extensions, and Smoothing & Treatments. Listed prices are starting rates and can vary with the stylist chosen, since prices rise with a stylist's level. Blowouts start at $53 and a premium version for very thick hair or extensions starts at $63. Color ranges from a gloss from $25 and a base color for new growth from $86 to full balayage from $133. Color corrections and extension services are priced after a consultation.

Smoothing options include an express Cezanne treatment from $194 that takes about an hour, a Brazilian Blowout Free treatment from $338, and a full Cezanne treatment from $358. The salon states that Cezanne results last about three to five months, depending on hair type, upkeep and lifestyle, and that the Brazilian Blowout Free treatment is formulated without formaldehyde. In-salon treatments from Kérastase and LP Serie Expert range from a moisturizing mask at $13 to a Kérastase Premier treatment at $65, which includes a personalized consultation.

Booking and payment policies: a credit card secures reservations, and some stylists may take a 50% deposit. Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged half the booked services. Extension, smoothing and color services over three hours, and hair extension and specialty services, have their own deposit and notice rules. If a guest is unhappy with their hair, they can contact the salon within 14 days for a complimentary adjustment with their original stylist. Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 90 days, and opened ones within 30 days. Tipping is preferred directly to the stylist rather than added to the bill.
