Stunning Esthetics operates from a suite at 9711 David Taylor Drive in Charlotte. The business was founded in 2019 and was previously known as The Lash Stunna before taking its current name. The salon describes itself as a premier beauty suite.

Services are tailored to each client and use professional techniques and high-quality products, delivered in a clean, calming space. The salon says it aims for flawless, high-quality results. Lash services include fill-ins and full sets, with fill-ins recommended about every two weeks. Other offerings include facials, face and body waxing, and intimate lightening.

Appointments are secured with a $25 deposit that is non-refundable but transferable; the balance is paid on the day of the appointment, by card, Zelle, or cash. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrival and should call if running late, since appointments without contact about lateness are canceled. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and no-call, no-show clients are banned from booking. Hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Clients are asked to come to lash appointments with makeup-free eyes, remove contact lenses beforehand, and avoid caffeine. Lashes should stay dry for 24 to 48 hours afterward, and steam, saunas, and swimming should be avoided for 48 hours. Waxing clients are asked to have at least a quarter inch of hair, to exfoliate the day before or two days before, and to avoid retinoids, Accutane, or chemical peels on the area for 5 to 7 days beforehand.

Intimate lightening is not offered to pregnant or nursing clients or to clients with an active skin condition in the treatment area, such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, or rosacea. A serum is provided for use twice daily until it runs out. Peeling may begin within 2 to 5 days or later and typically lasts about five days, and clients are asked to avoid sweating, saunas, and sun for stated periods.
