The salon's menu is organized into service groups. Blowouts range from a basic blow dry with no styling to natural-hair and luxury extension blowouts, and there is a signature round brush blowout. Extension work covers tape-ins, clip-ins, I-tip and K-tip bonds, MicroLinks, sew-ins and U part wig installs, along with maintenance and removal. Hair color includes custom color, custom blondes and bundle coloring, and there are relaxer touch-ups and full applications.

Booking is done online, and the schedule opens 30 days ahead. Some services are add-on only and cannot be booked alone, and every service needed must be booked in advance, since services added at the appointment are not honored. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for arrival, after which the visit must be rescheduled. Appointments that are not scheduled correctly are cancelled, and the salon approves the week's appointments on Sundays. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only, and accepts payment through Square checkout.

The salon also sells hair extensions under its own Inches by Shea label, including raw-hair K-tips sold in 100-gram units, along with Olaplex and Chebe products and a range of haircare for styling and scalp care. A Microlink Mastery group class is offered for $750.
