StudioHeal operates from a suite in a Kirkland office building, with appointments offered Tuesday through Thursday afternoons and on Saturday afternoons. The studio describes its mission as aiming for high standards in both the products it uses and the service it gives clients.

The facial menu runs from a 20-minute LED light session and a dermaplaning treatment to an hour-long express organic facial and a 90-minute luxury facial with massage, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy. Chemical peels are available in a light fruit acid version and a deeper acid version, and the studio recommends a nanodermabrasion follow-up about a week after a medium peel. HydraFacial treatments come in three tiers, with monthly membership packages offered on the 200 level.

Massage sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, with a choice of Swedish or mild deep tissue. Several packages combine massage with an express facial, a luxury facial or a HydraFacial. Aromatherapy treatments range from short back and spine applications to a 45-minute full-body session, and the studio also offers Reiki energy balance sessions, glass suction cupping and a foot detox bath.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, underarm, brow and bikini areas, and brow and lash tints use vegetable dye.

Facial treatments use organic, non-toxic products, and the studio says it aims for perfection in its products and its service.
