Many services begin with a conversation. Lightening follows a customized plan made at consultation, color correction requires a free consultation booked ahead of the appointment, and new extension clients are asked to book a free consultation first. Video consultations are also available, done from the client's own space for a small fee.

Services are grouped into add-ons, brows, color, consultations, education, extensions, haircuts, lightening, styling, treatments and waxing. Lip and eyebrow waxing are quick enough to add onto other visits.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Arriving 15 to 20 minutes late may mean rebooking, and running late calls or texts are requested as soon as possible. A no-show fee of 35% of the service price applies to missed appointments without notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
