Late cancellations carry a fee that grows as notice shrinks. A cancellation made within 48 hours can cost 50%, with the amount depending on the reason given, and one made within 24 hours rises to 75%. Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows are charged the full 100%. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but it has to be approved before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $60, $90, $120 or $240 amounts, or in a custom amount, and are non-refundable once sold.
