On the body side, Emsculpt Neo uses radiofrequency and HIFEM energy in a 30-minute session to burn fat and strengthen and tone muscle across the abdomen, love handles, glutes, calves, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps and inner thighs. Most clients need about four sessions, usually spread over four weeks, with no downtime beyond possible soreness. The site describes it as the number one non-invasive body shaping treatment.
