The salon serves both women and men. Manicure and pedicure menus include Collagen options, Hot Rock oil massage, paraffin, express versions, and an Exclusive signature service in each category. For longer-lasting color, clients can choose dip, shellac, Solar color powder, or Gel X, with fill-in visits for maintenance. Pink and white fills and full sets are offered, including ombre versions, along with gel and acrylic powder fills and full sets. Facial waxing covers the brows, lip, and chin, as well as the face more broadly.
Booking and visit details are set out clearly. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment and to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel; the home page asks for a call or text at least one day ahead. Late arrivals are served within the original time slot and price. Prices appear on the salon's price list, which clients are asked to check before service. Additional options such as nail design or soak-off should be mentioned when booking. Groups of five or more need a 15% deposit.
Payment and policies are also spelled out. The salon accepts cash and major credit cards, with a $10 minimum on cards and a small processing fee. Tips are accepted only in cash, not on card or check. Gift cards and completed services are not refundable. Gel polish manicures, dipping, and enhancement services are guaranteed for five days after the appointment for chips or lifting, while traditional polish is not guaranteed. A $10 to $20 charge applies if a polish bottle breaks. Clients must disclose chemical or substance allergies before service, children must stay with an adult, and the premises are monitored by digital video surveillance. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
