Services cover a wide range. Color runs from root touch-ups and glosses to single and double process color and foil highlights, with toning sold separately. Hair services include cuts for men, women and children, bang trims, blowouts with iron, updos and event styling. Treatments include conditioning and repair options, Brazilian blowout smoothing and GK keratin straightening, and the salon also removes extensions and offers permanent jewelry.

A visit can begin with a free 20-minute consultation for extensions, a color change or a haircut. A deposit holds the consultation slot and goes toward the appointment that follows. Custom scalp treatments are built from the owner's own product choices and can include scalp scope pictures, with a blowout and style available as an add-on.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead are not charged; clients are asked to rebook or call or text to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be charged 30% to 50% depending on the service and time booked, and last-minute cancellations may be charged for lost service time. A no-call, no-show is charged 100% of the booked service time and cost.

The salon says it values hair integrity and health, and offers services aimed at preventing, maintaining or repairing damage.
