Color is mixed with the Calura line, which the salon describes as ammonia free, and Oligo Professional products are designed to pair with it to balance hair and scalp, extend color and add shine. Lightening includes babylights, foilayage and foil highlights, priced as partial or full services for a first appointment or a touch-up within six months. Haircuts are tailored to face shape and lifestyle, and blowouts can be finished with a flat iron or curls.

Formal styling covers up dos, braids and curls and is booked after a consultation with a trained stylist. Trials, standard formal styling and bridal styling are listed separately, and a curled option is available for up to the entire head. Bridal parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit. A full foil, for example, starts at $156 with a senior stylist, $126 with an associate and $87 with an apprentice. Apprentice appointments are discussed with the owner, the stylist and the client before services begin, and a senior stylist or owner checks every service at the end. Additional charges may apply for extreme length, density, extra color, or heavy knotting or matting, and blowouts on hair with extensions carry a fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Booking requires a credit card. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancelling within 24 hours costs 50% of the booked services, and a no-show or cancellation within 2 hours costs the full amount. Changing services during an appointment costs 50% of the originally booked services. The salon does not serve anyone under 8, and children who are not receiving services should not be brought in.
