Studio Plump & Glo

Studio Plump & Glo is based at 12421 W Marlette Ave in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and is led by its founder, Kali Renae. The studio focuses on two services: lip filler and spray tanning.

The lip work uses a hyaluron pen instead of a needle. The pen delivers hyaluronic acid filler into the outer layer of skin through an opening of about 0.17 mm. Lip filler is sold in 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 mL sizes, each session running about 40 minutes. Touch-up options include a single 0.5 mL touch-up of about 45 minutes, and three-session packages at 1 mL and 2 mL, with each session about 40 minutes.

Spray tans are offered as Custom Glo and Rapid Glo. Custom Glo begins with an expert color consultation of about 45 minutes, which includes a finishing powder meant to give an even, long-lasting tan. Custom Glo can be washed off after 24 hours, and Rapid Glo after 8 hours.

Bridal parties can book mobile sessions at the client's location. Custom Glo is $45 per person and Rapid Glo is $55 per person, for a minimum of five guests not counting the bride, and the bride's tan is free. Mobile pricing covers a 20-mile radius, and locations beyond that carry an extra $20 charge. Glo party packages include a complimentary bottle of champagne, red wine or white wine, chosen by the client.

Booking details: appointments should be made at least five days ahead. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for lip appointments and $25 for tan appointments, with the balance due on the day. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the cost, not including the deposit. Rescheduling 24 hours ahead avoids fees. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the booking, though rescheduling is possible. Services are not refundable. Clients must be 18 or older, and extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, card, PayPal and Zelle.

Preparation: for lip filler, hydrate well, arrive with clean lips and minimal makeup, avoid caffeine, and cancel if unwell. For a spray tan, exfoliate beforehand, avoid scented soap and lotion, and wear no makeup.

The studio also offers a five-hour hyaluron pen course, taken online or in person. It includes a kit, unlimited mentorship, a verified vendor list and a certificate of completion.
