Signature offerings include Hormone Optimization Therapy, a personalized hormone program the clinic links to energy, mood, metabolism, libido and overall well-being; CO2 Laser Resurfacing, which the clinic describes as its most transformative laser treatment and says addresses texture, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage and scars by stimulating collagen renewal; and Full Facial Balancing, a customized injectable approach. The Refresh Signature Facial takes 75 minutes and includes seven steps. Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau are the neuromodulators offered. Each is a botulinum-based injectable that temporarily relaxes muscle activity to soften the look of wrinkles and fine lines. Botox is OnabotulinumtoxinA, Dysport is AbobotulinumtoxinA with a slightly different formulation, and Jeuveau is PrabotulinumtoxinA, which the site calls the newest of the three. For all three, visible change takes about two weeks and effects generally last around three to four months, though responses vary.

A first visit includes a 30 to 60 minute in-clinic consultation with a licensed provider covering medical history, skin concerns and budget, after which a customized plan is created. First-time clients are recommended to start with a personalized skin assessment. Medical grade skincare is often recommended as a home routine between treatments, and it is sold in store. Clients are asked to arrive with a bare face, and a cleanser is provided for anyone who cannot remove makeup beforehand. Clients should also bring a list of their current home skincare products and avoid buying new products before the first appointment.

Payment plans, Cherry financing, and HSA and FSA payments are accepted. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule, and a $50 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made with less notice. Arriving 15 minutes late results in a $50 late fee and a required reschedule. Clients who cancel three appointments in a row may be removed from the practice. One guest may accompany a client to an appointment, children are not permitted in service areas, and products and services cannot be refunded or exchanged. The clinic is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

Treatment plans are customized to each person's goals, with a focus on natural, balanced results and long-term care rather than quick fixes. Patients are not pressured into services, and every plan starts with a personalized consultation.
