The cut menu includes a standard haircut, a Signature Cut that includes a treatment, and a Curl Signature Cut. The curl cut is a 120-minute service that uses the Deva cut technique with Curlsmith products. Curl and haircut add-ons can only be booked alongside a color, keratin or highlight service.

The color menu covers grey coverage, fashion color, accent foils, partial and full foil or balayage, reverse balayage or lived-in color, a custom fantasy balayage, and a range of blonde services including platinum and total blonde work. Color correction is billed by the hour after a consultation, with a $50 deposit. Most color and highlight services ask for a $25 deposit when booked.

Treatments include Olaplex and custom add-ons, a keratin service listed as Hair Plastic Surgery, and a deep moisture reconstructive system called Hair Botox, with a lighter Hair Botox add-on. Blow dries are offered, but a flat iron is not included in the blow out price. A Steam Pod Iron service is also available.

Scheduling rules: the salon asks for 36 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes within 24 hours of the start time carry a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full booked service. All services are non-refundable. The salon offers a free corrective service within 7 days of an initial visit when the error was its own, if the client contacts the salon within 48 hours.
