A visit can begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through needs, wants and expectations. Clients can also ask for a quiet appointment, with only the conversation the service needs. The studio describes itself as a safe, judgement-free space for all genders. There is a shared waiting area for children during short appointments, and children may also come into the studio with a parent.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 12 to 7, Thursday from 12 to 6, and Saturday from 11 to 2, and is closed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. It accepts cash, all major credit and debit cards, and gratuity. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; later changes incur a fee of half the service total, and a missed appointment or a cancellation within 2 hours is charged the full total. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is changed, cancelled or treated as a no-show. If a client or their child is sick, the appointment can be moved without a fee within one week, subject to availability.

According to the studio, its products are the highest quality for all body and skin types. Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $100, $150 or $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
