On the nail side, the studio offers Traditional, Vital, Milk and Honey, Sole Essential and Restore and Renew treatments, each available for hands or feet, along with a Gel Treatment that includes conditioning care. Spa manicures and pedicures use botanical soaks and masks, including a Chocolate Mask, a Green Brew mask, a Black Beauty mask and a Kool and Kalm mask. Nail enhancements include Structured Manicure with soft or hard gel overlays, Aprés GelX extensions and the Pro Form Extension sculpted system. The studio does not offer acrylic nail services.
Hair appointments start with a consultation for new clients. Extension work covers braids, wefted systems and beaded installs, and color services include bond-building and deep hydration treatments. Cuts and styling include precision cuts, silk presses and protective styles, and chemical processing, including relaxers, follows an assessment of the hair's condition. The scalp clinic offers scalp analysis, with an optional microscopic look and a review of medical history and lifestyle, along with custom hair units fitted to each client and medical-grade cranial prosthetics for medically induced hair loss. Complex hair and scalp conditions can be handled in collaboration with dermatological professionals.
The studio is open Tuesday through Friday and on Sunday, from 10am to 7pm. Walk-ins are welcome for nail services based on availability, though appointments are recommended and a major credit card is required to secure them. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Refunds are not offered on completed services, but concerns raised within 24 hours give the studio a chance to make things right. Children under 10 need an appointment, and clients are asked to silence their phones on arrival. A removal fee applies to existing nail product that was not applied at the studio, and current pricing is on the booking page.
The studio does not bill insurance directly. It provides clinical documentation and invoicing so clients can submit their own reimbursement claims, and eligibility depends on the provider, the plan and the diagnosis.
Nail services are built around nail health, using natural formulations and techniques. Hair services begin with an assessment of hair and scalp health before any chemical application.
