New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation, which can be done by email. Color is the largest part of the menu: gloss and toner, root-only base color for touch-ups or gray coverage (not intended for blonding), face-framing, partial and full highlights, and an on-scalp bleach touch-up with toner. Many highlight and color services include a toner and a blowout, or a haircut, in the same booking.

Cuts are offered to current clients only, with a short haircut and a longer haircut available, and a bang trim is complimentary if the stylist cut the client's hair within the last two weeks. Treatments include a deep conditioning add-on and two keratin smoothing options that reduce frizz for different lengths of time.

A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. According to the salon, its about page shows 50 reviews.
