Color services range from small touch-ups, such as a T-zone touch-up at the part line and front hairline or a root touch-up, to full color that runs from the roots through to the ends and a gloss that tones the whole head. Highlights are offered either as foil highlights or as balayage painted on without foil, with fine foil babylights added for extra brightness. Keratin treatments use an anti-frizz keratin complex, and an express version typically lasts four to six weeks. Neither includes a haircut.
Permanent waves create curls or waves with rollers and solution, and retexturizers are priced after a consultation. New clients need a consultation before booking perms or retexturizers, which can be arranged by text or email. A deep conditioning treatment from Kevin Murphy can be added to any service, including a blow dry.
The salon charges a 50 percent fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
New clients booking permanent waves or retexturizers are asked to have a consultation first.
