Services fall into four groups. Color runs from a root touch-up and a full single color, through foil highlights and hand-painted balayage, to finely woven babylights for softer grow-out, with a fashion color consultation for vivid, non-natural shades. Textured chemical services include relaxers for wavy and curly hair, perms for curls, waves or volume, Express Keratin, Keratin Straightening and the Brazilian Blowout, which the salon describes as smoothing, straightening and anti-frizz. The Deva Haircut is a cutting method that works with each curl strand. Add-ons include a Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment, deep conditioning, blowout styling, a refreshing color gloss and a blowout with curl or flat iron finish.

Booking requires a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and a same-day cancellation or no-show is charged the full booked service. Changes are made by phone during working hours rather than by email. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, though a wait or a booked appointment may be needed. Blowouts and toners are not included in chemical services, and corrections to a hair service must be requested within 7 days. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks are accepted, and an ATM sits in the salon for a fee.
