Booking is online, with flexible appointment times. Booking ahead is recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when space allows. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Studio hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Clients also receive personalized aftercare tips and product recommendations to help results last at home.

The facial menu includes a 60 minute signature facial suited to first-time clients, an 80 minute pore cleansing facial for deep extractions and breakouts, an 80 minute deep relaxation facial with extra massage work, and a 60 minute back facial. Express dermaplaning and express microdermabrasion are available, and Celluma LED light therapy is offered for skin concerns. Massage options include Swedish, hot stone in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions, deep tissue as an add-on, prenatal massage for clients from 6 to 36 weeks pregnant, and a non-surgical facelift massage that uses an intra-oral buccal technique.

The waxing menu covers the face, body and intimate areas, with brow and Brazilian waxing as Katherine's specialties. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; same-day cancellations carry a 50% fee, and no-shows without a call carry a 100% fee. Children are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments, and minors may book certain services only with parental consent, subject to age limits.
