The menu covers custom color, from glosses and root touch-ups to babylights, partial and full highlights and balayage. It also includes precision haircuts, blowouts, perm waves, smoothing treatments such as the Brazilian Blowout and the formaldehyde-free CÉZANNE Treatment, and Great Lengths extensions. Listed prices are starting points, and extension cost varies with the look wanted.

Color consultations take about 15 minutes and cover color history and goals. Extension consultations take about 20 minutes and include an in-person check of natural hair density, texture and length goals, with ethical hair swatches used to match shade.

Services are tailored to each client's hair goals and daily routine. The suite is open Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50%, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full reserved service value. There is a 15-minute grace window for arrival.

Each service is fitted to the client's goals and everyday routine, with an unhurried, one-on-one pace.
