Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. Appointments are not rushed, and the studio says it does not push add-on services. New clients who are unsure where to start can book a complimentary 10-minute consultation first.

Acne care is one of the studio's core offerings. The Face Reality Certified acne program begins with an Acne Bootcamp Consultation ($50, 60 minutes) that includes skin analysis and a custom plan, and continues with homecare guidance, ongoing check-ins and education on acne triggers. The studio says acne results typically develop over 8 to 12 weeks with consistent treatment and homecare.

Facials run from a 45-minute express dermaplane at $100 to a 60-minute Iris Custom facial at $150, a 75-minute Iris Hydro Facial at $225, and a 90-minute dermaplane and hydro facial combo at $250. Dermaplaning can be added to the hydro facial for $25. Lash services include Korean lash lifts with or without tint and a Lash Nourish tint, which is best booked about four weeks after a lift. Brow services include lamination with or without tint, and a combined lash and brow duo is available for $200.

Payment is taken through GlossGenius, including credit and debit cards, and Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are available for select services as interest-free installments. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service.

Each visit starts with skin history, current concerns, lifestyle habits and goals before a treatment is suggested, and plans are tailored to the individual rather than standardized.
