Chemical services such as relaxers and color, hair care, silk presses and waxing for the face, body and hands are also offered.

Each appointment is shaped around the client. A consultation, priced from $25 and lasting 30 minutes, can be booked before services so the stylist can talk through hair goals and expectations and assess the hair first. Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is applied to the balance. Walk-ins are not accepted, and Sunday through Wednesday appointments are available by request only. Appointments carry a 10-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies and the appointment may be cancelled.

Extra charges are listed openly. Same-day appointments add $25, squeeze-ins and holiday appointments add $50, and a travel fee of $100 or more applies when the stylist goes to the client. Last-minute, same-day, holiday and squeeze-in requests are handled by text.

The salon offers parking, Wi-Fi, a child-friendly setting and a place for clients to wash their hands, and it leaves time between appointments. Surfaces are disinfected between clients. Credit cards are accepted, there is a loyalty program, gift cards and service packages are available, and an online shop sells hair products.
