The menu is broad. Shampoo services and a range of hair treatments, including anti-dandruff, bond repair, deep hydration, protein reconstruction, scalp detox and steam hydration, are offered alongside cutting, trims and color. Natural styling covers braid outs, twist outs, Wash N' Go and finger coils, flexi, perm and roller sets, and silk presses. Protective styles include knotless box braids, Miracle Knots, Senegalese, Havana, Marley and Passion twists, faux locs, crochet styles and scalp braids. Children's braids and natural styling are available for younger clients.

Extensions are a major part of the salon: micro link sew-ins, tape-in and clip-in installations, K-Tip fill-ins and full transformations, along with maintenance, refresh and removal for both classic and luxury extensions. Perms and relaxers are offered, but these require a consultation and a review of chemical history first, and hair that has been relaxed, bleached or chemically compromised may not qualify for a perm. Specialty color and highlights also need a consultation, and major color transformations and vivid fashion colors are not offered.

Booking is by appointment, with the salon open Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM; it is closed on weekends. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and is applied to the total at checkout. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and extra guests, children and pets are not permitted during services unless approved in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
