The studio's best-known manual method is the Russian Anti-Cellulite Technique, a sculpting session built from deep hand movements, rhythmic kneading and strokes meant to stimulate lymph flow. The studio describes it as intense and precise. Anticellulite work also includes machine-based procedures, honey treatments and wraps, and is usually offered as a course of 10 to 15 sessions. The studio says its body and facial treatment machines are FDA approved.

Detox programs are central to the menu. The two-hour program pairs a 60-minute lymphatic or anticellulite procedure with a 60-minute infrared sauna barrel session, listed at $299.
