Its focus is body and face sculpting, detox programs, anticellulite work and lymphatic drainage, combining Russian and Brazilian lymphatic drainage and anticellulite methods with more advanced sculpting techniques.

The studio's best-known manual method is the Russian Anti-Cellulite Technique, a sculpting session built from deep hand movements, rhythmic kneading and strokes meant to stimulate lymph flow. The studio describes it as intense and precise. Anticellulite work also includes machine-based procedures, honey treatments and wraps, and is usually offered as a course of 10 to 15 sessions. The studio says its body and facial treatment machines are FDA approved.

Detox programs are central to the menu. The two-hour program pairs a 60-minute lymphatic or anticellulite procedure with a 60-minute infrared sauna barrel session, listed at $299. The three-hour version adds 30 minutes of salt scrubbing and a 30-minute fat burning mask, listed at $449, and the studio calls it its most popular detox procedure. Post-op lymphatic drainage after liposuction or other cosmetic procedures is offered to help with swelling and fluid retention, listed at $160 and $190 under two names.

Most treatments are described as non-invasive and need no downtime. New clients can take 10% off their first procedure when booking online. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Before a treatment, clients are advised to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours, stay hydrated and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
