Booking requires a deposit paid online. Once the deposit is received, the client gets a confirmation email and reminder texts and emails. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the rest of the service balance is paid in cash or Zelle on the day of the appointment.
Some services need a consultation first. A consultation is required before microlinks, tape-ins, I-tips, K-tips and any color service, and the appointment is booked after that consultation.
Each service includes a complimentary shampoo and blow dry. Clients who bring their own products or arrive with freshly shampooed hair pay the same price.
Visits run on a strict schedule. Clients should arrive at their booked time, since arriving early may still mean a wait. There is a 15-minute grace period, and appointments are canceled if the client arrives later than that. Hair must be fully detangled and unbraided before arrival. Children, extra guests and pets are not permitted at appointments, and children's services and squeeze-in appointments are not offered.
