Color options range from single process root touch-ups to partial and full highlights, done either as foil or balayage, with or without a blowout. A glaze or toner can partly blend gray and lasts about twelve shampoos. For color-treated hair that needs a new direction, a Transformation begins with a consultation, requires a $99 deposit, and is priced by the consultation at about $100 an hour depending on the result wanted.

The studio offers several smoothing options for frizz. The Keratin Complex Express Blowout takes about 75 minutes, and the site says it reduces frizz by about 90 percent. The Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment takes about two hours, requires a $150 deposit, and is described as lasting three to five months. The Brazilian Blowout also takes about two hours, reduces frizz by about 95 percent, and requires a $25 deposit from new clients.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Zelle and check are accepted, and credit or debit cards carry an additional 3.5 percent fee. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, or do not show, are charged a 50 percent cancellation fee. Issues with a service should be reported within two weeks. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Professional hair products are also sold online and delivered to the home through an external shop.

The studio is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed Sundays and Mondays.
