Because the studio is a one-stylist operation, Angela Choi personally takes each client from the initial consultation to the final styling.

Each service is built around the client's hair type, daily routine and the result they want. Chemical services include a customized pre-treatment and/or after-treatment. Prices are starting points, and a final quote is given before work begins, since length, density and previous chemical services can change the cost. Color pricing assumes regrowth of up to about an inch or six to eight weeks; longer regrowth may need extra time or a full color service. Single process color is done without bleach, and perms cannot be applied to bleached hair.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments require a card on file, which is charged only for a no-show or a last-minute cancellation. Notice of 48 hours is requested for chemical services and 24 hours for everything else; cancellations inside those windows are charged half the scheduled service. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, after which the visit may be rescheduled with a late fee of 30%. Clients unsure which service to book can text 240-904-9955 for help choosing. Children are not allowed on the styling floor, and one guest may come along if the studio is told beforehand.
