Hair By Jenny T is a private salon suite inside Salon Lofts at Crossing Point in Round Rock, Texas, with access from IH-35 and SH-45. The studio runs by appointment only, so each guest has the stylist's full attention.

Blonding is the core of the work. Sessions cover balayage, foilayage, babylights and similar techniques. Each one begins with a consultation and a customized hair plan, after which a standard rate is set. That rate covers lightener, bond builders, glosses, toners, root shadows, a B3 treatment and styling. Blonding services are not listed separately; balayage, BalayOmbre, BabyLites and foilayage are given as examples of the work.

A separate Model Call color service offers custom color at half the price of a high-end color service. Candidates can join a list to be considered as a model.

New guests complete an online form linked from the policies page and pay a one-time, non-refundable deposit when booking. A consultation is required before the first appointment. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours and reminded 24 hours ahead. A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested, and a 10-minute grace period applies. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and extra guests are not allowed during services. The salon describes its customer service as exceptional. Guests unhappy with a service can email within 72 hours, with photos if possible, for a complimentary adjustment. A request for a completely different look after service falls outside that policy and carries an additional charge. Guests also receive 25% off retail products at original price with any service.

Each look is designed around the individual guest's specifications, using products the stylist has researched and selected.
