Each visit begins with a consultation about the guest's lifestyle, hair goals and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Appointments are one-on-one with no double booking, and guests can ask for a silent appointment. Complimentary coffee, tea, wine and light bites are offered during service, and free WiFi and charging stations are available. The stylist walks guests through how to maintain their hair at home afterward.

Color is the core of the menu, using ammonia-free color and lightening systems. The salon says this approach can reduce strong fumes, scalp sensitivity and dryness compared with traditional color, while still delivering full gray coverage, bright blonde and vivid tones. The in-house color line is made with hydrating, conditioning ingredients.

Extensions range from volume that adds fullness without length, to length extensions that blend with natural hair, to a Luxe installation that combines both in a customized fitting. Services are grouped into Color, Extensions, Precision Cuts and Styling, and gift cards are available.

Ammonia-free color and lightening systems are used throughout, with a consultation before every appointment and home-care guidance afterward.
