The color menu runs from a gloss between appointments and grey touch-ups to dimensional brunette work, full blonding sessions and platinum maintenance. Longer color visits, such as the lived-in color and blonding sessions, can take two to three hours and usually include a blowout and haircut.

Extensions are offered in three forms: K-tip keratin-bonded strands fused individually to natural hair, a full install customized to the length and volume wanted, and a move-up visit that shifts existing extensions closer to the roots as natural hair grows.

Women's and men's haircuts are offered, along with a children's cut for ages 12 and under and quick bang trims. Brow shaping, brow tint and lip waxing are short 10-minute services, while makeup and special occasion styling cover weddings, proms and photoshoots.

Booking changes or cancellations asks for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than that may be charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Appointments are built as all-inclusive menus, so each booking covers what the desired result needs rather than separate add-ons. The salon was created on the belief that luxury should not feel intimidating.
