The agency's specialties include weddings with large bridal parties, boudoir and engagement sessions, and work in fashion and beauty, production, commercial and underwater shoots. Its artists work in airbrush and traditional makeup, updos, color matched extensions and bridal styling. Each artist brings their own products and tools chosen for the client's skin tone, hair or skin type, age and desired look, and airbrush foundation is used on every client.
Booking starts with an online form, after which pricing and availability are provided. To reserve an event date, a signed bridal service agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee are required; that fee is not deducted from the event day total. A bridal trial covers one look, and several looks can be booked as back-to-back trials. The artist who does the trial is normally the artist who attends the wedding day, unless the client asks for someone else. Artists are assigned by location and availability unless a specific artist is requested. About one to two months before the wedding, a detailed day schedule is sent for approval. The business allows about 30 minutes per application and builds buffer time into event timelines. Clients may bring their own makeup to be used.
Payment is preferred in cash, paid to each artist on the day of the event, and most artists also accept Venmo or card. Card payments add a 20% gratuity automatically. Otherwise, the standard gratuity of 20% to 25% is not included unless paid by card.
