Appointment lengths vary a lot across the menu. A gloss or toner refresh takes about 20 minutes, a scalp massage 30 minutes, and a full blonding service 180 minutes, while color transformations are booked for up to 360 minutes. Several services list a starting price rather than a fixed one, and a few, such as color transformations and tape-in extensions, have a varying price.

Booking has a few firm terms. A 20% charge applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the booking site.

The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
