The menu runs from kids and men's haircuts through blowouts, silk press and formal updos, and into haircolor that ranges from root touch-ups and gloss to full and partial highlights, all-over color and balayage with custom blonding. Hair extensions are a large part of the offering, with consultations, maintenance and removal alongside K-tip, I-tip, tape-in and sew-in beaded weft installations. Treatments include K18, Olaplex and Malibu options, a keratin smoothing service, and a customized conditioning treatment. Makeup and brow waxing round out the menu.

Booking is done online only, and walk-ins are not accepted. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, though it is not charged at booking unless stated otherwise. Some services may ask for a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final total. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 30% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late are subject to a fee, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled. The salon has a loyalty program and sells gift cards and service packages that can be used at any time.
