The color menu runs from semi-permanent color for root touch-ups, which lasts about six to eight weeks, through permanent single-shade color, partial foil and full foil highlights, to balayage for a softer blend, ombre, and scalp bleach with toner for lightening roots and reducing brassiness. Color correction is quoted after a required consultation.

Styling options include blow outs with shampoo and blow dry, braids, updos for weddings, proms and other special occasions, and perms that add permanent curl and volume. Add-ons include deep conditioning, paraffin dips, brow tinting, and eyebrow and lip waxing.

Listed prices are starting prices. The stylist confirms the final cost, which can change with the service requested and hair length. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm and Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
