Services are grouped into women's services, men's services, cuts for children under 10, and color correction and smoothing. Women's options run from a consultation, blow-dries and event styling through color, highlights and balayage, with cuts combined into many of them. Men's services include cut and style, color with a cut, and highlight or balayage packages. The smoothing menu ranges from an Olaplex treatment with a blow-out and a Virtue keratin add-on to a keratin express, a full keratin complex smoothing system, and color correction.

Each client receives guidance on the products that help maintain their particular style between visits. The salon uses Virtue Labs products and sells them through an online storefront under the Studio B-Style by Bonnie name, where products can be ordered directly. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App, but not by debit or credit card. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday closed.
