Volume extensions are lighter and fluffier for a fuller appearance and suit clients with sparse lashes or bald spots; the studio does not recommend them for beginners. A mega volume option is also available for a heavier look.

Because extensions shed with the natural lash cycle, the studio schedules fills about every two weeks, and clients are encouraged to book the next fill at the end of each visit. A two week fill is booked when more than 60% of the lashes remain. If fewer than 40% remain at a two week fill, the client needs a three week fill or a full set, and an up charge applies. A full set is needed when a client has no extensions on, has less than 30% of extensions left, or has visible gaps. Fills for lashes applied by another technician, called foreign fills here, take longer than a standard two week fill.

Lash extension removal is available for clients who want extensions taken off while keeping their natural lashes intact, or after an allergic reaction to a full set. Lash lifts and tints are offered on their own, as a touch up, or paired with brow lamination and tint. Brow lamination with tint is also offered alone.

Responsibility for allergic reactions sits outside the lash technician's role, and the studio does not issue refunds. If a client has a reaction to extensions or adhesive, the studio will remove the extensions at no cost once the client has seen a doctor.

The studio matches the lash style to each client's natural lashes and lifestyle, starting with classic or hybrid styles for those new to extensions, and tracks how many lashes remain to decide between a fill and a full set.
