Color is the core of the menu. Options run from root touch ups and all over color to color correction, which is a longer appointment. Highlight work includes gloss refreshes, root touch up combined with highlights, partial and full blonding, and balayage packages. Lowlights are offered as a mini refresh, which also includes a precise trim, light styling and professional recommendations.
Cuts and styling cover trims, layered cuts, and shampoo and blowdry with a scalp massage. A shampoo, blowdry and style service lets clients choose curls or straightening. Updos, flat iron styling and curls or beach waves are also offered. For smoothing, the keratin treatment includes two ounces of product with extra ounces available, and the metal detox treatment can be booked alone with a blowdry or added to color.
Memberships are a large part of the offering. Six monthly plans range from Blonde Glow at $40 a month to Root + Gloss at $145 a month, each bundling specific color, gloss, trim or treatment services. Several plans let unused services roll over, and members receive percentage discounts on extra add-ons. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment carry a $50 fee. Gift certificates from $10 to $1,000 do not expire and are non-refundable.
