Color is the core of the menu. Options run from base retouches, grey coverage and gloss or tone refreshes, through all-over color without lightener, to mini blonding, partial and full blonding, lived-in balayage and global lightening with custom toning. Men's global lightening and global bleach retouch are also offered. Global lightening calls for a consultation for new clients, since final pricing depends on hair length, density, color history and the result wanted, and it may take more than one session. Color correction is quoted by the corrective work needed after a consultation.

Treatments include a bond repair treatment, a hydration treatment that pairs bond repair with deep hydration, a keratin smoothing treatment and a Brazilian blowout smoothing that reduces frizz. The salon says Brazilian blowout results can last up to 12 weeks with proper care and that it is not a permanent straightening service. Many color and treatment services include blowout styling, and the signature blowout is finished with premium products for shine, body and hold.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, with the salon closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Blonding and lightening cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice and smaller appointments at least 24 hours. Late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the service total, charged to the card on file, and same-day cancellations and no-shows may face a higher fee. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
