Bridal work is a major part of the business. Stylists can travel to a client's location for cuts, color, updos, blow-dries, braids, straightening and curling, with a travel fee of $125 to $150 once the address is confirmed. Bridal packages cover hair and makeup, styling for bridesmaids and mothers of the bride, flower girl services, full and partial updos, bridal eyelash extensions and bridal waxing. Specialty options include chest and shoulder contour, glow or tattoo cover-up, and on-site hair and makeup touch-ups. Bridal hair can be done in bohemian, classic, retro or modern styles. To secure a wedding date, clients complete a questionnaire and pay a 35% retaining fee at booking.

The Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment takes about three hours, and the salon describes it as award-winning. The salon recommends sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner afterward and says the treatment is not suited to fine, straight hair. Milbon professional treatments, including Repair, Smooth and Scalp options, are also offered, along with a head spa service that uses Milbon scalp products. The salon describes itself as family owned and woman owned, and says its stylists are fully licensed and its hair technicians are licensed.
