Extensions are a central part of the salon. Its in-house Jazzy Hair Boutique, also known as Jazzy Hair Collection, sells raw hair, and that hair is required for every extension service. The salon does not install hair from outside vendors, and it only maintains extensions it installed itself. Extension prices cover installation only, so hair is an additional cost. Tape-ins are listed as not including hair. Methods offered include K-Tip and I-Tip installs, sew-ins with leave-outs, closure sew-ins, lace closure installs, micro links and in-between rows.

Beyond extensions, the menu covers natural and transitioning hair care such as twists, finger coils, wash and go and rod sets, along with silk presses, a keratin smoothing treatment, the STS chemical treatment, relaxers, color from highlights to full custom color, cuts, wig installs and custom wig color, scalp and hair treatments, and styling for bridal, birthdays, baby showers and photo shoots. Services are priced individually and no service includes another. All services include a complimentary shampoo and conditioning. Long or thick hair can raise the price of services that need extra work.

Booking is mainly by appointment, with walk-ins accepted when time allows. To book, clients call and pay a deposit of $50 or $100 to confirm the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to services on the day of the visit. They can be paid in person or through PayPal. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and with less than 24 hours' notice the deposit is kept. A deposit can move to a new appointment at the stylist's discretion if at least 48 hours' notice is given. Each reservation has a 15-minute grace period, and late arrivals may be rescheduled. Consultations cost $25, which is applied to the chosen service, and are required for K-Tip and I-Tip work, color services, and clients with alopecia. The salon is open Wednesday to Saturday. Children are only allowed in the salon with an appointment or while receiving a service. Stylists work as independent contractors, so schedules and prices can differ between them.

The salon sets up each visit around the individual client, with consultations for services that need planning and prices set per service.
