Extensions are removed professionally rather than pulled off at home.

The business also runs an in-person, hands-on lash training course for students aged 16 and up, with no prerequisites and a limit of two or three students per class. Sessions run from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm with light snacks, and the course covers safety, lash preparation, Volume and Classic application, lash removal and business start-up tools. Students receive a kit with enough supplies to service up to 50 clients and a certificate of completion.
