Lash sets run from a classic set, which adds length rather than fullness and is suggested for first-time clients, to fuller volume designs and named styles including the Milan, Baby Girl, Tokyo, Bella, Dubai and Rio sets. Each named set has its own density and look: the Milan uses M-curl extensions for an outer-corner lift, the Dubai has a deeper lash line and a fixed shape, and the Rio is full with bold spikes and suits a cat eye style.

Fills are offered at two to two and a half weeks or three to three and a half weeks, and the longer windows count four extra days past the two- or three-week mark. A fill needs at least half of the extensions still in place on each eye, or an upcharge may apply. Booking requires a deposit that varies by service: $50 for the Baby Girl, Rio, Bella, Tokyo, Milan and Dubai sets, $30 for the Classic, Light Volume, Volume and Wet sets and their fills, $20 for brow services, and $10 for new clients booking lash removal and wash. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead and rescheduled appointments carry no fee, while same-day cancellations are charged 60%. A missed appointment is charged 60% of the remaining balance to the card on file, and that client can no longer book.

The studio runs a two-day private, one-on-one eyelash extension certification course for $1,200, covering classic and volume techniques along with anime, wispy and wet sets, plus lash health, isolation, retention and mapping. Participants receive a certificate of completion, a starter kit (a lash bed and ring light are not included), lifetime mentoring and lunch on both days. A $300 deposit is required, and prospective students are asked to message the studio before booking.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Sets are described by coverage and density, so clients can pick a style that matches how full they want their lashes to look. Fills are timed to how many extensions remain.
