Booking works in two ways. New guests choose their services, pick a stylist and then book through the New Guest options, which are priced higher because those visits take more time, product and treatment. Loyal guests use their own booking option. Appointments are booked online up to six weeks ahead. The salon asks for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel and does not charge cancellation fees. A Digital Consultation form and a Stylist Match Quiz help guests find the right services and stylist before they arrive.

A color appointment starts with a detailed consultation, followed by a custom color mix that is applied where it's needed. While the color develops, guests can enjoy a light refreshment. The visit continues with the Signature Shampoo Experience, a Ritual Treatment blended to suit the individual, a color glaze, and a finish with a blow-dry. The Make Over builds on that with a warm paraffin soak for the hands, essential oil aromatherapy, a temple massage, hot stone work paired with a hand massage, and a warm towel with a scalp massage. Stylists set their own prices for each service, and those are shown on the booking site.

Through She Shines Collective, the salon runs a community fund that pays for hair services for women in the local community. Services may include a women's haircut, grey coverage, single-process color for going darker, and simple mini or partial foil services, depending on available funds. The salon says every donation goes to these services. Work is done on select Protege Days by Co-Stylists and Apprentices guided by mentor stylists, and requests are prioritized by impact, need and fit with the funds. Donations are made through a gift card and can be anonymous. They are not tax-deductible because the fund is not a registered 501(c)(3).
