The facial menu covers skin care for women and men. It ranges from a 45-minute Teen Clean Pro facial designed for adolescent skin to a 75-minute European facial with cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extraction, face and decollete massage and a masque. Other options include a HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow, acne and deep cleansing facials, a Relaxation facial that adds a back massage using acupressure points, and a BT Micro Treatment that uses ultrasonic exfoliation with a high-speed peeling probe. Chemical peels come in light, medium and deep strengths. Medium peels are performed by estheticians at the studio, and deep peels are performed only by a medical doctor after at least eight weeks of pretreatment.

Visits begin with a free consultation, and appointments are required. The studio recommends booking at least two weeks ahead. The esthetician evaluates each client's skin before recommending a treatment, and every facial ends with a moisturizer that includes SPF. Clients who use retinoids, chemical peels, anti-aging products, advanced exfoliants, tanning beds or certain medications are asked to tell the salon before waxing, and waxing is not done for at least 48 hours before or after those products or treatments. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, and the studio says client satisfaction is guaranteed.

The studio also has a manscaping menu for men with options for shoulders, chest or back, partial trim with waxing, and full waxing. It sells Skinade, a peach and mangosteen flavored collagen drink, which the salon describes as multi-award winning and says can improve how skin looks and feels in as little as 30 days.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin needs and individual concerns, with skin evaluated before a treatment is recommended.
