The studio's approach starts with a consultation. New clients begin with an assessment of their skin or treatment goals, and advanced treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling require a consultation to check for contraindications and confirm that the skin barrier is strong enough. Treatments are then built around skin type, concerns, hair growth patterns and goals. Professional homecare products are recommended to maintain results.

The menu covers a wide range. Signature and men's facials, a prenatal facial, and dermaplaning and microdermabrasion facials sit alongside a three-tier clinical peel menu and microneedling. Advanced skin rejuvenation includes a standard microneedling series, a stem cell microneedling series and a longer master series with guided aftercare. Corrective programs run from four weeks to six months and target acne, scarring and hyperpigmentation.

Laser services use a Candela GentleYAG Pro-U for laser hair reduction, which the studio describes as safe for all skin tones, and some laser treatments use a Candela GentleMax Pro. Body and intimate services include waxing and several brightening treatments. Luxury glam sessions and a makeup consultation and trial are also available.

Appointments are booked through the studio's Glossgenius page. Deposits are required to secure appointments and are applied to the final total, but they are non-refundable. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and there is a 10-minute grace period before an appointment is canceled. Monthly VIP memberships, packages and gift cards are also available through the booking site.
