Extensions are a dedicated part of the service list. Options include tape-in application by the weft, hand-tied installs priced per row, hand-tied removal, move-ups, adjustments and a consultation before booking. Keratin treatment is offered as a buy-one-get-one deal, and deep conditioning, clarifying and Malibu treatments are available as standalone services.

The head spa is a separate offering for men and women. Sessions are by appointment, typically run 45 to 90 minutes depending on the experience chosen, and are listed at about two hours on the booking site. There are five experiences, each with its own focus, and all of them include a full-body massage on a luxury bed along with scalp massage, scalp detox, stimulation and exfoliation. Guests can add a haircut, color or other treatment, or a blow-dry, to the same visit. The salon recommends a session every four to six weeks for best results and says the treatments are designed to support healthy hair growth.

Technique sessions give clients time with an artist in the salon. A mini session runs 30 minutes, a standard session 60 minutes, and a premium session two hours for one person or a group of up to three. Each extra attendee on a premium session is charged at the salon. Sessions can include a personalized at-home color kit for root touch-ups, priced at $125, with additional color tubes at $20 each.

The salon works one-on-one with clients and gives each artist control over their own calendar. The head spa describes its mission as pairing luxury with wellness.
