The manicure menu includes a traditional gel manicure done as a dry manicure with soft gel, and a hard gel manicure that the salon suggests for people growing out their natural nails who want more structure. A hard gel manicure with extensions is offered as an alternative to acrylic for adding length. Acrylic sets take 90 minutes or more and come in five options.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Acrylic refills are only booked for sets originally done by the same artist, since the artist does not work over another technician's work. Fees of 100% apply to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Payments are accepted, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The online portfolio shows nail designs such as airbrush work, including a black and baby blue halo and airbrushed gold chrome lines. Clients can send questions to the artist through the contact page.

The menu is built around the client's natural nails and their length and structure goals, with refills limited to work done by the same artist.
