Color work is a major part of the menu. Services include color, color correction, and three highlight options: balayage, full highlights and partial highlights. For major color changes, such as moving from dark to light hair, the salon notes that the process can take several sessions and careful handling to protect hair health, and it asks clients to keep up the at-home care it recommends.
Bridal hair and makeup form a large part of the offering, covering the bride, a bride preview, bridesmaids, attendants and mothers of the bride or groom. Bridal pricing is not published and is quoted on request, so clients contact the salon directly.
A few policies govern bookings. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or moved. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a client may send a family member or friend in their place. After three missed appointments without notice, the full cost of the scheduled service is charged, and continued no-shows may lead the salon to stop accepting the client. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
The salon takes major color changes in stages, with careful handling to protect hair health, and pairs services with recommended care at home.
